WHAT’S NEW THIS FALL & WINTER
RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS - 1st and 3rd Thursday Mornings
& 2nd and 4th Wednesday evenings
Come and join our Restorative Yoga Classes taught by Sarah Monroy, RYT-200. These classes are designed to help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used to make it easier for your body to relax in certain poses. Relaxation is the state in which there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. These classes are ongoing and are held on the first and third Thursday mornings of every month from 10:30am until noon and the second and fourth Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. The classes include breathing exercises (pranayama), restorative poses, relaxing music, and inspirational quotes and readings. They are suitable for all levels. The classes are pay as you go where the cost of each class is $20. Because this is a specialized style of yoga which requires a lot of personalized attention, there is a limit of 8 people per class so if you are interested, please sign up in advance by emailing Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org or call her at 717-512-2034.

A Women's Circle is an intimate gathering where we learn ways to witness, speak and relate to others in sacred space. During each Circle, led by Elaine Torrance-Gingrich, the craziness of our "real" world will be placed on pause as we witness what each person needs. We will sit, welcome, and accept one another as we are - a unique expression of the Divine. Each woman's perspective is valued as it enriches the whole and Sisterhood is created. What is the importance of Circle and Sisterhood? They allow you to surround yourself with women of like-mind, women who desire to rise, women who know there is power and sacredness in establishing and maintaining community. You desire to create meaningful relationships, to raise your vibration, to feel connected and to have a safe space to express yourself. You want to be inspired, uplifted, and supported as you move through life. Sisterhood and Circle provide this.
The focus for the Circle will be on how to BE our authentic selves as we navigate our lives. Will you join the Circle?
Dates: December 6
Time: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Cost: $20 per circle

LEARN THE BASICS OF EFT TAPPING
Saturday, February 10 - 10:00 am - 12 noon
In a few short years, Tapping, or as some call it EFT, has spread like wildfire worldwide. Why? By fusing modern Western science with the ancient Eastern concept of meridian points, Tapping unblocks energetic points in your body and creates fast and lasting changes in the way your think, in how you look at limiting beliefs and in how things manifest in your life. The cherry on top? It's simple to use. In this experiential workshop, you will learn how to tap on your meridian points and why this method helps you to shift stress and negative reactions that seem to be programmed within you.
You will be taught by Gigi Jantos. Gigi is a teacher and practitioner who has been Tapping for 5 years and loves to teach others about this helpful practice. The cost for this class is $25. Please register with Stephanie if you are interested.
