NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
We are now accepting applications for our next Yoga Teacher Training Program. Our program is not only for people who are interested in teaching yoga, but more importantly, it is perfect for anyone who is looking to deepen their own practice or who is looking for a personal growth opportunity. We offer two tracks: The first track is the actual Yoga Teacher Training which includes everything you need to become a Certified Yoga Teacher and allows you to Register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. The second track is called the Deepening Your Practice track. This is for people who are not necessarily interested in teaching yoga, but who want to use the training as a personal growth opportunity where they will learn more about yoga, its philosophy and practices, as well as themselves during the process. We are now accepting applications for our both tracks. The next program will begin in May, 2019. You may move through all of the Modules in order, or you can take up to three years to complete the Training on your own timeline. Please contact Stephanie if you or someone you know is interested and she will send a copy of the full syllabus for whichever track you are interested in as well as an application. TESTIMONIAL: Reiki quiets my mind . . . brings peace to a busy day. Reiki class is the best investment I ever made for myself. At 71, I can finally meditate. I have released anger that I held for 20 years. I have been able to help my husband with health issues such as sleeping, knee pain, and blood pressure. I sent energy to my daughter’s female dog , who had a lot of fear issues. Three trainers could not help her. She is now a big baby who loves everyone! Reiki is a big deal for me. I feel the energy, which is something I never knew I could experience. It’s an exciting time in my life! I’m so grateful! -- Ann
I was a little nervous going into Reiki class, not knowing what to expect. Gigi was so welcoming and this set the tone for the day. If you are interested in Reiki, I would highly recommend taking a class with Gigi. -- Leslie
I’m so grateful to have discovered Reiki. I use it every day, and it brings me balance and tranquility. It has eliminated pain, relaxed me and calmed my being. During stressful times and a stressing heart I’ve placed my hands over my heart and it relaxed immediately and stayed relaxed. I’m less stressed despite the crazy busy schedule due to caregiving grandkids. I have a stronger focus...a stronger energy flow...and stronger/happier frame of mind. I feel good and enjoying the fun and humor life offers. -- Phyllis
